When do I receive my license?

What’s the difference between Pay once and Rent-to-own?
Pay once: a single payment and the perpetual license is yours right away. Includes 1 year of free updates.
Rent-to-own: pay monthly for 6 months, with all updates included during that period. The license is fully yours at the end.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. With the Pay once plan, you can upgrade at any time and pay only the price difference between the two plans. On a Rent-to-own plan, upgrades are available once you fully own your license. After that period, updates can be extended at any time.
Can I cancel or pause my Rent-to-own plan?
Yes. You lose access while your plan is cancelled, but you keep the monthly payments already made toward ownership and can resume later. If a payment fails, we retry automatically and suspend access only after several failed attempts.
